…piercing the crust of crème brûlée with the tip of a spoon.” UGH. This is one of my most favorite moments….this is also one of the few desserts that I thoroughly enjoy. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth but there’s something about the way the creaminess blends with the taste of scorched sugar that just sends shivers down the spine….agreed?
